Nothing says “please donate to my charity bicycle ride” better than a couple of tongue-in-cheek self made videos, especially when nudity and close ups of lycra bike shorts are involved.

With 7 months to go before I head off to Israel for the ride from Jerusalem to Eilat I thought now would be a good time to start getting together music to listen to on the journey.

This coming November I’ll be doing a bicycle ride from Jerusalem to Eilat in Israel. Why? Good question.
