Happy Passover
This time last year I was in Israel and having Seder in Haifa. Tomorrow night I will be with family in Melbourne. I prefer being with family than with strangers. This year I’ve been given the task of making Gefiltefish, but have instaed settled for purchasing them as the way I’ll make it will be too “fishy” for everyone’s taste.
