A busy week coming up.

Sunday 4th May. I’ve just come back from Jerusalem after an afternoon door knocking various news networks looking for freelance editing work. It’s quiet in the holyland and unless something happens like war, a suicide bombing or something else quite savory, there is not a lot of news to be made!

I was going to go to Eilat tomorrow but decided to catch the midnight bus tonight so it gets there at about 6am Monday morning, leaving me a good full day instead of half sitting on a bus. I can sleep tomorrow night. I’ll spend a few days down there and make a trip to Petra which is in Jordan for a day. Therefore I’m taking my passport as I’ll be leaving Israel and entering Jordon, which is like a whole different country and stuff, like, you know…? Um..

Wednesday is Israel’s 60 years of independence. She left home, her mother crying, and moved to the big city. Now, 60 years after, all celebrate BIG TIME on her streets, waving flags, singing, dancing on car roofs, watching fireworks, drinking, making babies, and getting high… on life. So a lot coming up. Updates to come.

Have a wonderful time, I never made it to Jordan but I heard the city carved into the mountain makes it totaly worth the trip. Safe travels
