New friends

Saturday 26th April. Caught up with Shira and Amit, a couple of locals who I met last week in a cafe. Being a tourist is great for making new friends. I met them at a bar Sunday night, along with some of their friends. I should have shaved.

The houseband was playing cover songs in Hebrew and English, and as the shots started coming and the place filled up I was reminded of a work commitment the next day. Stuff that! I’m in Israel and with a bunch of cool chicks, most of whom had boyfriends. So I kept drinking.
