It’s the last day of Passover which means a welcome sigh of backside relief from matzoh eaters. This bland cardboard like “bread” is eaten for 8 days in place of levened break, representative of the Israelites not having time to add yeast to their bread as they were leaving Egypt. Wednesday evening, having finished the editing at the ABC I met up with Tal in a popular nightlife area on Ben Yehuda Mall. The strip was busy with families on holidays, every cafe with outdoor seating was filled even though the outside temperature was around 30 humid degrees.
